Imran Badami
Executive Director
Imran Badami is the Executive Director of Crescent Technologies, he steers and sets the strategic direction of the company. Imran is responsible for overseeing business expansion & operations across global offices and leads the firm in its mission to deliver the best value to the clients. He specialized in Finance Industry with focus on financial inclusion for fiscal and monetary expansion along with enabling technologies. He has extensive experience in working with Financial and Budgeting systems for Government and State owned enterprises.
He focuses on Business transformation with the lens of productivity, end-user engagement and has successfully dealt with and delivered multiple complex projects to the clients’ satisfaction, mainly pertaining to application systems integration & infrastructure, strategic Program Management, IT Operations, Governance & turnarounds. He is considered a thought lead on Digital transformation in Banking and Financial services sector.
Douglas William
Managing Director
Douglas has more than 30 years of experience of working in the Asia Pacific Region, and the Non-Executive Director of the firm. He comes from a government services background of working in Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea.
He specializes in government lead reforms covering, Public Finance, Health and education sectoral reforms, with his mark in establishing good governance in state-owned and public sector enterprises, that ultimately resulted in privatizations or turnarounds. He comes with strong recommendations from Donor Agencies like DFID, IBRD and ADB, in specialized programs for Health and Education sector.
Ahsen Javed
Director
Ahsen is a Director at Crescent Technologies. Ahsen is a technology leader, particularly within the Oracle space for the past 25+ years. Ahsen was the Managing Director of Oracle South Asia Growth Economies (West) for six years. This is a region comprising of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives & Afghanistan. Previously, Ahsen was working with Oracle as the Business Development Director, Funded Agency Business for the same region for a period spanning 3 years. Before joining Oracle, he was serving as Vice President at Abacus Consulting (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting). He has years of experience in management consultancy practice, was part of the founding team that started Global Risk Management Services, focused primarily on Oracle Applications, at A F Ferguson (PricewaterhouseCoopers). In these roles, he has advised customers on enterprise IT in Public Sector, Defense, Banking, Telecom and Mid-market in the region.
Muhamed Kheam Khan

Kheam is a Director at Crescent Technologies. He is leading the technology sales and business development verticals. Kheam was part of the Oracle Pakistan team, where he worked in various sales roles ranging from selling Oracle Technology products to On-premise Applications to Cloud Services and was responsible for the sales of Oracle’s Customer Experience Product Portfolio in Pakistan. Kheam has worked with other multinationals like Cisco Systems and Nortel Networks and also served large organizations within the Telecom and Government sectors. He has worked in a diverse set of business fields in these organizations and has gathered a wide area of knowledge and expertise in the domains of Services Sales, Project Management, Field Service Management and Networks.
